I met Shane, the founder of K9 CARES when the organization was in its infancy. Although it is still quite new, I am confident that the dogs will be painstakingly matched with their humans for a perfect match. The idea of pairing abused animals with abused people is a wonderful concept. I am sure we will be hearing great things about this organization in the near future.
