Mission: Justlead washington is growing a sustainable network of legal and community leaders who can work effectively and collaboratively toward equity and justice in washington state.
Programs: Leadership academy - nine-month, statewide leadership training program for a cohort of approximately 32 legal and community leaders. Participants engaged in approximately ten days of training over the course of four separate two and a half day retreats and also engaged in in-between retreat reading, preparation, and webinars.
