Program description JULES ANDRE MENTOR FOUNDATION is designed to protect all families and children through the immediate crisis and beyond by setting up affordable care relief programs in various communities. The safety and well-being of children and families are sustained by preserving lifelong connections to their families, culture, spirituality, and communities.
