Journey of Faith is one nonprofit that has honored a great Godly gifted lovable by many my mom this organization has help many of ppl and also help me know that cancer has been a fight and even also a long road. Having faith and believing and be able to go threw this with ppl that has been threw it and let you know that we are here for u. The meeting are very inspiring and spiritual and understanding and have ppl that care for all everything about this organization will give u a thumbs up. I can really say more looking at the pic and videos will tell and show how love this organization make ppl going threw and families that have a person that is going threw make everyone feel loved and a believer.

in late 2018 i was diagnosed with IDC breast cancer. My husband had been given Ms. Mwende number by someone. I had been going through the "red devil" treatment and was too weak and tired to reach out. Ms. Mwende reached out to me. She visited my home and sat and talked with me about an hour or so. She provided needed information i needed in a time in my life where i was lost. She explained JOF mission and inquired if i had any unmet needs. She on behalf of JOF provided me with a gift bag with useful items. I am so fortunate i had no unmet needs. (God gets the glory) She kept me informed about all the holiday activities and events. Even though i was not able to attend them she still invited me everytime one came up. Thanks Mwende, much love to you and what you have done for such a young support group. The recent Survivor banquet was so elegant. Continue to live for Jesus and anything you place your hands on will prosper such as JOF (Journey of Faith)

I find this organization by attending a free pink breakfast a couple of years ago. I am a almost 12 year cancer survivor. I had not been involved in many survivor events or organizations before this because I could never see a local impact on survivors. But I begin to attend this organization meetings and after every meeting I felt more and more of a connection with it and the people in it. Now I love Journey of Faith and the positive things it's doing. The positive impact on the lives of people dealing with this dreaded disease has been a drawing point for me. I support this group and everything it stands for.

Journey of Faith is a organization that serves not only breast cancer patients. They also serves cervical, ovarian and uterine cancer patients. The founder truly has a servant’s heart and strives to treat each person that request financial assistance with compassion and understanding. If you are looking for a Cause to support Journey Of Faith is a great cause.

I am so thankful that we have this organization in Morgan County. The awareness and support is phenomenal!

Journey of Faith is a pillar of the entire North Alabama. It prioritizes helping the patients and survivors on the ground level with support financially and emotionally in a timely fashion. Fantastic organization serving a great cause.

JOF is a great loving, caring and supportive organization. As a cancer overcomer, God has blessed me to meet great ladies through JOF. I haven’t had to use any of the great services they offer, but I have confidence and a peace of mind knowing that if the need arises in my life’s journey, I can call on this great organization for support. I have heard ladies share their stories of triumph and the support they received through JOF. I am glad to be a overcomer and a volunteer at JOF. Blessings

This organization goes way and beyond for those who need their assistance. My mother is a colon cancer patient and when I reached out to them for assistance, they helped my mom with no hesitation. I am so glad to have a organization in my city that will reach out and make a difference.

This organization goes way and beyond to assist those who are going through breast, ovarian, cervical and uterine cancer. Recently, my mother was diagnosed with colon cancer and we applied for assistance and although my mother did not meet the full criteria to receive assistance, the founder still found a way to assist my mother. She served my mother with love and we are so grateful for Journey of Faith

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer over a year ago. I did not know what to do. The founder of Journey of Faith saw my post on Facebook and she invited me to join the breast cancer support group. Before I came to the meeting the founder and a friend invited me to a little one on one time to be encouraged. They gave me a special gift and was there to answer any questions that I had because she had gone through the same thing as me. During my treatment, I lost my job due to being sick so much. Journey of Faith was there for me. They assisted me with paying some of my bills, visited me in the hospital and encouraged me along the way. I don’t know what I would have done without this organization reaching out to me

This organization helps in ways that fall through the crack with other organizations. All the money from Journey of Faith goes to the survivor. Whether its gas cards to help go back and forth to treatments and doctor appointments, providing groceries, or paying an electric bill, Journey of Faith will help. They provide wigs, scarves, prosthetic bras, and other items that are needed to help the breast cancer survivor feel better and comforted.
