The caring and financial help as well as group support are exceptional. Helping so many people with seizure disorders and caregivers is so very important. Great job!

I have been an active Board member since the inception of Josh Provides. The financial assistance that is provided to people dealing with Epilepsy is outstanding. Imagine having a seizure disorder and not being able to drive or afford the cost of riding a bus. What if there are medications available but you did not have the means to pay? Just two examples of financial assistance that helps people dramatically. And then there are support groups, providing emotional support and information that is so important. Truly a great organization.
I found this foundation through my insurance co. As I am unable to work do to the my seizure activity. I found Josh Provides offered this device called the Embrace which I had looked at on my own but could not afford. I applied at the end of last year and they had run out of money but instead of throwing away my application and saying better luck next year they said because the new year was in a week or so they would hold my app. Over until next year. That was very kind. All the staff I worked with was very kind personable and made me feel like my case was a priority. These people truly care about your situation and want to help you through whatever struggles you may be facing. What a truly amazing foundation and set of people that work there. I only hope that someday I can give back to this wonderful foundation.
There are so many worthwhile charitable institutions in our area. But having known Josh personally is one of the many reasons why JoshProvides is special to me. There are nearly 3 million people in the U.S. who suffer from epilepsy and seizures, and the staff at JoshProvides -- with their incredible organizational skills and fundraising efforts -- provides services with compassion and understanding. They assist those living with epilepsy and other seizure disorders and offer a variety of support group services, educational resources, seizure monitors and seizure support dogs, and many times help to alleviate the financial burden of medical treatment. I am proud to be an advocate for them. John Cannon
I am a retired healthcare and patient advocate and community volunteer. During my many interactions I soon recognized that one of the important obstacles patient and caregivers face during a health crisis is the fragmentation and lack of coordination between the various providers involved with patient.

This is an amazing non profit that helps individuals and families with epilepsy. Meeting the families we help warms my heart realizing the lives that are saved .
One of the best, most professional boards I have ever been associated with. The focus of the organization and the Board is to help epilepsy patients and their caregivers deal with their disease the best way possible and to aid these patients and families financially through the purchase of monitors, service dogs, transportation and medical care.
I have served as a Board Member of Josh Provides since its inception and I am very proud of the work the Foundation has done and continues to do for those less fortunate individuals suffering from epilepsy and their families. The heart warming testimonials from the many children we serve and their parents confirm the good work we do with limited resources but low overhead. This includes grants for service dogs, monitoring devices and transportation expenses. I am very proud to serve as a Board Member.
JoshProvides has helped me more than words can describe in my epilepsy journey! The friends I have made, plus all the love and support I was given through my surgery was amazing! They truly care and create a great, fun environment.
Josh Provides Epilepsy Assistance Foundation is an organization that is passionate about providing families affected by Epilepsy the support they need both financially and emotionally. They provide support to families through resources such as education, a supportive network, transportation for those suffering from seizures, and financial assistance for seizure detection dogs and devices.
JoshProvides is a great non profit organization. They have helped us in our journey coping with epilepsy and have been a wonderful encouragement.
Josh Provides is one of few epilepsy charities that provides direct services to its clients, which gives them immediate assistance and hope. We are organized with the proper protocols in place to be sure clients are serviced efficiently and effectively. Clients get services quickly sans the “red tape.” J.P. avails itself to clients and their families who often have nowhere else to turn whether it’s on a national or local scale. I am a proud member of the Board.
When our daughter Charlotte had her first tonic clonic seizure, it didn't stop without medical intervention. She had according to the doctors suffered from status epilepticus. As parents we were absolutely terrified for her safety and feared that her next seizure could kill her. It was shortly after this that we found out about Joshprovides and the story of the Chapnick family. From our first phone call Bruce assured us that everything would be ok, and that our daughter would be taken care of. We sent in our paperwork from the physicians and within 48 hours a seizure monitor arrived on our door step. For the first time in four months we were able to sleep knowing that our child was protected should she suffer another seizure. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Joshprovides and the Chapnick family. We can never repay the kindness and peace of mind they have given us. This is truly a nonprofit that works to improve the lives of everyone it touches. Thank you from the Twigg family!
When no one else would help our family, JoshProvides was there for us. They took the time to listen, connect us with other resources, and opened their support group to us. A life changing experience...
Thank you, JoshProvides, for being there and caring about people and families. You will never know how much you have touched people's lives.
Volunteering for Josh Provides has greatly impacted my life. I am so touched by the dedication of its staff. I signed on only 6 weeks ago and feel like I am part of a big family I have known forever. I see the donation money at work providing immediate assistance and saving lives and changing the lives of families. I only wish I had been a part of this sooner.
Josh Provides Epilepsy Assistance changed my life! They provided a support group when I was at my lowest and struggling in school. I am forever grateful!
I contacted JoshProvides yesterday to see what help is available for me. I think that not only should JoshProvides just have help from donors but the government should be giving funds as well. People with Epilepsy need more help than what is available and JoshProvides should have more funding so that you can continue to offer the help that people truly need.
It is hard to ask for help but we all need help at some point in our lives and we need to make sure JoshProvides is always able to help

We are proud of the grants we have provided to families living with epilepsy. Josh lived his life helping others. JoshProvides continues this legacy.
The JoshProvides charity came to us when we were in such need. My 20 yr old son, Joseph, suffers from Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Needless-to-say, sleep was not something I've been able to do since Joseph was diagnosed at 3 yrs old. JoshProvides donated a much needed Emfit monitor that alerted me via alarm when my son would have seizures during the night. When Joey was young, sleeping in his room was just commonplace. As he got older, he desperately wanted his privacy. Having the Emfit was a lifesaver and thanks to JoshProvides we are able to receive it in record time and with grace, kindness, and understanding. I cannot thank the Chapnicks for the generosity in the memory of their beloved son. We will always be grateful the JoshProvides! Several of our friends have also been recipients of generosity. The number of lives they have touched is amazing and growing daily. Thank you again to everyone involved with such an amazing charity!

JoshProvides provided us with a SAMI monitor for our 3 year old daughter living with refractory epilepsy, with grand mals at night time. We are so grateful for the help they have given! I am excited to help out as much as possible in the future and give back just as they have given to us!
I have had a great experience working with JoshProvides Epilepsy Assistance Foundation. I'm looking forward to continue working with them. I reccomend them to anyone, I also appreciate all the sacrifices they do to help us people with epilepsy. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to get my seizure response service dog and I would have had to drop out the program I works hard to be in
Thank you JPEAF.

Josh Provides bought a SAMi seizure monitor for our son. It has made a big difference. The monitor has given us back piece of mind, and has allowed us to sleep at night knowing that we have supports in place to alert us if our son has a seizure. The financial assistance Josh Provides made this possible for us and it has made a world of difference. We are very grateful!
I support JoshProvides because I have seen the great work they do. I'm amazed with the impact this organization has on the individuals and families it touches me and I'm so happy to be just a small part of their success!
I am so thankful to be a part of an epilepsy support group sponsored by JoshProvides. There are other people who attend that are going through the same things our family is experiencing. Their words of encouragement and support means so much to us. We have made lifelong friends.
Love seeing how JoshProvides reaches out and helps so many individuals and families!! The process is kept easy so that families who are already burdened can get the help they need immediately.
Thank you so much for the support you provided to our family on behalf of our daughter. We are so thankful for JoshProvides!

Josh provides is a wonderful and has helped my husband and in so many ways I tell anyone I know to support them every chance I get. Thanks Bruce and Sandy for all you do and thank you for makong a difference in this world. Josh would be very proud of what you have done in his name
JoshProvides generously gifted us with a very costly movement monitor for my daughter. Bruce is a very genuine and caring person and he was very helpful during the application process. I refer JoshProvides to anyone I know who has a loved one living with epilepsy.
JoshProvides is one of the best nonprofit organizations with which I have been affiliated. The staff and volunteers truly care about every person served by the organization and they work hard every day to fulfill their mission.
Josh Provides was incredible to work with! They helped me procure a seizure monitor for my 2 year old son with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex and Infantile Spasms. Bruce was kind, compassionate and wonderful to work with. He and the Josh Provides team gave me peace of mind when it comes time to start weaning my son off his seizure meds. Without them, I would not have been able to afford the monitor I needed, and I will be forever grateful for their kindness and generosity.
