Staff attended board meetings of these agencies to articulate federation philosophy and policy, and remain informed about updates at the organizations and assess unmet community needs. Conducted oversight over program logistics, provided assistance to organizations when needed, and organized meetings with members of the community to clarify federation procedures regarding available dollars. Crafted new model for resource allocation and educated new partners about funding availability.
