Programs: Older adults - the agency has developed a range of services to support older adults including care management, medical management, social services, educational activities, and late life counseling for older adults who have experienced mental health issues. 1,057 older adults received services through the agency's older adult program this year. 41 non-english speaking refugees from the former soviet union received case management services this year. The agency received private and government grants of $2,167,424 this year to support the program.
disabilities care management - the agency has a comprehensive array of services for our disabilities care management clients including assessment and case management, support for families, representative payee and conservatorship, guardianship and advocacy, socialization activities and connection to community resources, and independent community-based housing. The agency served 88 individuals this year. The agency received private grants of $55,540 this year to support the program.
counseling and clinical - serving 1,066 individuals this year, our clinical and counseling program provided a wide range of services for individuals and families. Services were designed for both the person in need of mental health support, and for family members coping with a family member that has a mental illness. Additionally 138 individuals participated in our family education programs which provided information and referral on a variety of topics. The agency received private and government grants of $169,831 this year to support the program.
