Mission: The mission of the organization to educate a generation of leaders about israel's values and global contributions to the world, and to expose them to the skills and education that israel can offer them personally.
Programs: The organization was founded in 2011 to engage future leaders with israel on a large scale. Based on a model that existed at a few mba programs, they developed the concept of itreks, or customized trips to israel for graduate students at top programs planned and led by their peers. As a result of the organization's cost-efficient, scalable model, mba itreks have grown from 16 in fy12 to 44 in fy17. In fy15, the organization expanded to the top law and policy programs. Over the past two years, the organization has grown law and policy itreks from 10 in fy15 to 21 in fy17. Over the last year, the organization launched the itrek leader network, which builds lasting connections between our itrek leaders and their participants, our organization and israel. Last fiscal year, the organization supported 65 itreks with 2,890 participants. Since fy12, over 10,000 rising leaders have participated on our itreks. In a study conducted, the organization was found to engage more non-jewish influentials with israel than any other organization.
