Mission: ISAR is an all volunteer search and rescue organization. As a non-profit organization ISAR uses it's resources to:
1. Provide search and rescue resources to those in need free of charge.
2. Provide educational services to the general public, to increase the publics awareness as to what they can do in an emergency or disaster situations, to help minimize the effects and help their chances of survival.
3. To train young men and women to be effective as a search and rescue resource, and in so doing promote their self-confidence and self-esteem.
