Mission: To provide for administration of resolution of disputes relating to workers compensation benefits while complying with california's workers' compensation laws.
Programs: The trust was established for the sole and exclusive purpose of adopting an alternative dispute resolution plan that complies with all applicable laws, adopting a safety program in accordance with the alternative dispute resolution plan and addendum, and taking such other actions that are necessary or appropriate to comply with the workers' compensation laws of the state of california.
