I was so happy to get to work with so many different kids in Ahero, Kenya for the past few months! I met so many talented and passionate children through this program while also making a difference in helping them learn. The organization, from the staff of the company down to the school staff, was always so helpful and responsive when I needed anything! Through the Invictus Institute I was able to meet and work with youth virtually. This has been a fantastic experience and I encourage anyone who can spare an hour a week to get involved.
I tutored with Invictus both during school and during my summer break. The organization helped connect me with bright and excited students which helped me learn about different cultures, practice my communication skills, and gave me something to look forward to each week. The tutoring was very organized and I was always able to reach out to the teacher in Uganda for questions or help with planning tutoring. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be a tutor for these wonderful children.
I always had and still have the urge to help people as much as I can. Looking through ways I can help, I thought this was the perfect opportunity for me because I can serve while being inside my own home. I can't drive so the conveniency helped. I also am fond of teaching and enjoyed tutoring my student. Overall, I've learned a few things about myself, my student, and people. It was a good experience and I thank you Mr. Beck for allowing me to have this opportunity. This is definitely a cause worth investing in! Helpers who made this happen and people who created this foundation are quite admirable. I hope their hearts remain shining!
I first started volunteering with Invictus Institute in January 2017. My main responsibility is managing the website's blog, as well as some social media management. The idea of bettering education throughout the world is a great one, and the idea of offering the assistance through online tutoring is a great way of maximizing impact. As a result, Invictus Institute's tutors have been able to mentor students in Ghana, Uganda, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Greece, and India. And with an enhanced education, those children have the chance to refine their minds and be better enabled to improve their countries and communities. I'm happy to be part of the team here, and look forward to carrying out its mission.

Their mission to help disadvantaged youth around the world by offering free online tutoring services is fantastic. The Social Media team I've had the pleasure of working with do what we can to help with content for Invictus Institutes social media pages in order to help get the word out. Their wonderful tutors who volunteer their time for these children have been able to give them the extra help they would not have been able to get because of the large classroom sizes; with some making it to the top if their class! By offering these services Invictus Institute is giving these children the extra help they need in order to secure a better future.

Invictus Institue helps connect those in need and those with a good heart and willingness to help. The concept of remote tutoring, not only timely, is very convenient and allows volunteers to teach from the comfort of their homes. It is an extremely rewarding experience that makes you feel like you really are making a difference. The staff at IVI is knowledgeable and supportive - an absolute pleasure to work with.
Invictus Institute has given me the opportunity to tutor students online. Which is great for people who really want to help others but can't travel.
I started working with Invictus Institute and it has been a very enriching experience. First of all, it is just great that I am able to help kids that usually would not have access to these kind of resources. I can built a connection with my student and help her understand topics that she needs help with. Additionally, everyone is just extremely nice. If you have any issue they will respond timely and help you. Working with them is highly recommended!
I tutor with Invictus. They were very helpful finding me a program and after some time getting a schedule set up things our going really well and I feel like I am helping fufil the needs expressed by the school I am working with.
