Causes: Political Science
Mission: The society is a nonprofit, scientific, educational and non-partisan organization dedicated to the advancement of research on the relationship between psychological and political processes. It holds an annual scientific meeting, publishes an academic journal and publishes a bi-annual newsletter.
Programs: Held an annual scientific meeting which was attended by 710 scholars from various academic disciplines over a four day period. Attendees were grouped into panels where they presented approximately 695 papers. All paper presentations advanced the academic study of political psychology.
