Programs: Completion of 3 retrospective clinical trials, the results of which were published in medical journals. 10 other retrospective clinical trials continue. In addition, prospective clinical trials in progress include: 1. Randomized controlled study of outcome in patients with 5 or more brain metastases with or without associated whole brain radiation therapy. Funding was received for this study, and a grant was given to the university of california san francisco as the primary investigator of this trial. 2. Funding from several sources has been obtained for a multicenter phase ii study of glioblastoma border zone radiosurgery coupled with bevacizumab.
