Mission: Interlude Musical Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to increasing accessibility and educational opportunities for young musicians. Interlude was founded in 2016 with a simple goal: to give free music education to anyone who needed it. Its goal is to provide students who cannot afford professional lessons with the opportunity to pursue their passion of the arts by offering free instructional lessons taught by high school and college students. Since then, Interlude has expanded to give music lessons to a wide variety of instruments, as well as mentorship and leadership opportunities to the high school students who participate in our programs.
