Mission: A non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan organization, the Institute for Family Preservation was incorporated June 2000, with the intent of serving families in the new millenium. The mission of IFP is five-fold: -Provide information & resources that strengthen & preserve marriage & family relationships. -Provide information & resources that promote positive values & mature faith development among all members of the family. -Provide information & resources to help faith-based organizations within local communities develop effective ministries for partnering with the home in nuturing the faith of young people. -Conduct original research in the areas of marriage/family relationships and faith development within the home. -Encourage a family perspective among policy makers at the local, state and federal levels of government.
