Programs: The charitable purposes for which the corporation is organized and operated will be for the primary purpose of operating a special purpose middle and high school for students who have average or higher intellectual ability, yet experience learning challenges such as dyslexia or other specific learning disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders, and/or other conditions that complicate their learning in a typically structured school environment.
