Programs: Each week inequality media produces short, engaging videos to educate and engage the public. Videos feature former secretary of labor robert reich as well as other public figures and thought-leaders, such as former senator alan simpson, heather mcghee of demos, and professor arlie hochschild. In 2007, inequality media produced 72 videos viewed over 165 million times. Video topics included healthcare, infrastructure, net neutrality, strategic lawsuit against public participation, sanctuary cities, corporate taxes, trickledown economics, the electoral college, climate and inequality, consumer power, and tax expenditures, among others. Videos are distributed through the social media channels (facebook, youtube, and twitter) of inequality media, robert reich, and partner organizations.
