Mission: To assist in developing and furthering the interest, objectives, and purposes of the association of soil and water conservation districts which advances the conservation and orderly development, management, improvement, and multiple use of natural resources of the state of illinois.
Programs: The foundation has been entrusted with administering the george mckibben scholarship fund, which provides an annual scholarship to an agriculture student.
