Programs: After school. In the community. On the playing fields. We help youth, and the families who love them, improve social and emotional learning skills, achieve academic success and prepare for work. Identity assists thousands of students and older youth with programming before and/or after-school in 25 elementary, middle and high schools and through six high school-based wellness centers and two youth opportunity centers. Identity youth report significant improvements in their ability to resolve conflict, speak up for themselves, connect to school and the community and avoid substance abuse and delinquent behavior. Identity youth show improved attendance and academic success, and their families report improved communication and more involvement in their children's education after participating in our programs.
