Mission: Texas humane heroes is a no-kill animal shelter and adoption center focused
Programs: Texas humane heroes (txhh) is focused on three main program areas: high-volume adoption, low cost spay/neuter, and pet retention services. In 2017, the txhh facility was open 6 days a week for adoptions with over 2,527 pets adopted. Txhh operates a low cost spay/neuter clinic open to the public eight to twelve times per month. In 2017, txhh performed 3,699 low cost spay/neuter surgeries. Txhh also provides low cost pet wellness services to low income pet owners including vaccinations, wellness care, and education to owners.
