Programs: "santa fe pride"annual arts & culture festival that lasts 10 days in june. Events include a visual arts exhibition, theatrical production, performance of dramatic monologues, elder's discussion panel, wind ensemble concert, several community social events, a community parade and downtown festival with music, performances and 50 nonprofit and business information booths. Estimated 4,000 people served. The event promotes the arts, provides education and helps to build community among lgbt people and others.

the santa fe human rights alliance entered into an agreement with the santa fe community college in 2014 to establish a scholarship fund for lgbt students needing financial assistance. Hra contributes $10,000 per year and this is matched by the community college.
