Mission: Provide comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation services to drug addicted and emotionally disturbed individuals and assist them to becomemore productive members of the community. These services are implemented through individual,group,family counselling and community educatio
Programs: 1)houston maintenance clinic inc continued to provide individual,family,group counseling and other allied services to indigent clients in 20162)medical screening,assessments,individual/group/family counselling,tobacco cessation/prevention,primary screening for infectious diseases,toxicology and case management and community education. 3)95% of hmc clients were drug free and 98% obtained employment. 4)provided approximately 28000units of services to our medically indigent clients covering areas listed above. 5)hmc provided ten scholarships. 6)hmc continued to be participant of the third ward community cloth cooperative,united states opioidtreatment programs and united way of texas affiliate meetings. 7)hmc is accredited by joint commission on accreditation organization,licensed by texas department of state health services,certified by substance abuse and mental health administration(samhsa)8)hmc had attended three(3)board meetings. 9)100% of the homeless clients regained housing. 10)hmc provided community awareness education on substance abuse/dependency,domestic violence,crisis intervention for families with drug addicted individuals.
