Causes: Animals, Arts & Culture, Botanical Gardens & Arboreta, Environment, Environmental Education, Natural History & Natural Science Museums, Wildlife Preservation & Protection
Mission: We provide field trips to our forest, ponds and meadow for elementary and middle schools (public and private) in the Houston area. Other educational activities are offered for children aged three through adult. We maintain 155 acres (five miles of trails) at the Western edge of Memorial Park as a wildlife sanctuary.
