Mission: As a non profit, THTWB assist individuals of low to moderate income throughout the Greater Cuyahoga County, in developing and improving self-sufficiency and economic self-efficiency. Our Mission is accomplished by working with "Grass root" opportunities while acknowledging charity, faith and service as a vehicle to achieving self-stabilization.
