Mission: The house of hope ministry is grounded in matthew 25:35-40. The organization ministers to men and women whose lives have been devastated by crime, drugs and alcohol. 'for i was hungry and you gave me food; i was thirsty and you gave me drink; i was a stranger and you took me in; i was naked and you clothed me: i was sick and you visited me; i was in prison and you came to me. '.
Programs: The organizations program activities include the following:a rigorous program is provided regarding christian living, responsibility, and self-discipline in order to assist over 100 ex-inmates in transitioning into society. We have the men's house (his hope) and women's house (her hope) running at full capacity and the best news of all, there were three graduates from the men's program and four from the women's. Twelve women and fifteen men came to the program during the year. You made this possible and we thank you! Some of the graduates continue in the phase ii of our program and work with the new residents.
regen construction:with the construction aspect, we hope to provide training in construction, opportunities to improve job skills in addition to the general training in life skills.
