Programs: Mental health coaching is a form of strengths-based support that helps individuals living with a mental health difficulty or struggling with difficult life circumstances manage their symptoms, maintain stability, rebuild relationships and find a purpose for living. Mental health coaching is a short-term, six month program, where the individual works collaboratively with a mental health coach once a week for 50 minutes. The website provides information on the mental health training we provide to faith communities, a schedule of the psycho-educational support offered at hhci, overviews of common mental health disorders, links to local providers and resources, and ongoing support and a virtual community for faith community trainees.

Gateway to hope is a comprehensive and interactive training for empowering, educating, and equipping clergy and peers with the tools to respond to those in distress and help build a community-based response to the mental health crisis our country faces.
