Mission: To operate a charitable organization for the planning, development, implementation and support of programs and activities of the homewood police department; to improve communications between the homewood police department and the community; to promote studies and programs to improve the performance and effectiveness of the homewood police department and to provide a tax-exempt vehicle for the receipt of gifts and grants to benefit police innovation.
