men's development: homes of hope also rebuilds lives in our men's development program which is a voluntary one-year residential job training and mentoring program for men overcoming drug and alcohol addictions. Men come to us broken and without hope. Through biblical based discipleship, life skills training, and classroom and on the job construction-related job training, men receive the ingredients necessary to start a new life. The on the job training results in the production of 4 local housing units, our affordable energy efficient housing opportunity for families living in poverty.
