Hoboken Public Education Foundation (HobokenPEF) is a non-profit 501(c)3 started by local parent volunteers in 2015 who saw an opportunity to raise private funds to benefit the Hoboken Public Schools as public funding continues to decline for many district public schools. As of 11/30/19, HobokenPEF has raised almost $800,000 and funded more than 40 initiatives within the schools. 100% of net proceeds go to benefit the Hoboken Public Schools.
