Mission: The association is a community-based organization committed to empowering hmong women and their families in the sacramento region to lead healthy lives. We provide culturally sensitive programs and services that educate and support families as they thrive.
Programs: Hmong family resource center - the program's mission is to improve culturally relevant community-based preventative health outreach, advocacy, and mental health support to hmong individuals and families living in the sacramento region. The program goals are to provide services likely to accelerate the natural acculturation process of vulnerable and in-crisis hmong families, remove language and cultural barriers to hmong individuals and families accessing social and mental health services available to other populations.

kashia health - the program's mission is to eliminate cancer and chronic health disparities among hmong communities in the greater sacramento region by promoting cancer awareness, screening, and patient navigation. The program's goals are to deliver culturally appropriate and linguisitcally specific cancer education and outreach to the hmong community in the greater sacramento region.
