Mission: The mission of the organization is to foster intercultural understanding and to empower hispanics to overcome the challenges they face and make their voices heard in the community.
Programs: Community support program offers information, referrals, problem solving, advocacy and education to help the hispanic community adjust to life in the united states and have greater access to resources and services. Evh also helps other organizations address the needs of the hispanic community through education adn advocacy. The youth leadership and civic engagement program helps latino high school students develop critical thinking skills, stay in school, have greater access to higher education, and participate in civic activities. The adult leadership and civic engagement program helps hispanics tackle issues of common concern and become more civically engaged. The arts and culture program celebrates and promotes hispanics' diverse cultural roots through festivals, workshops, and exhibits.
