Mission: The humanity projects is a non-profit corporation and operates exclusively for educational, humanitarian, and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The humanity projects strives to advance world understanding, kindness, and peace through offering opportunities, alleviating poverty, and improving living conditions.
Programs: Project haiti is an ongoing project to fund an orphanage and academy in miragoane, haiti. The orphanage was established on september 3, 2016 and the academy was established on november 28, 2016. This orphanage houses 31 orphans, provides for the basic necessities including, but not limited to, food, shelter, and clothing. The academy was established to provide the orphans with an education to allow them to reach the end-goal, being able to learn the technical skills needed to build a sustainable future.
the humanity projects strives to not only help families within our local communities but also abroad. Project rohingya is a way for us to give back to one of the most persecuted communities in the entire world. More than 750,000 of rohingyas have been forced to flee their homes in burma due to on-going persecution they have been subject to in their home country. The rohingya living in refugee camps are struggling from isolation, illiteracy, food deprivation, and lack of basic medical needs. The humanity projects will be on the ground supplying 2 months' worth of medicine to 5 refugee camp clinics and will have 5 water wells built in the heart of the refugee camps.
