Mission: The Hewlett-Packard Company Employee Scholarship Organization (HPCESO) seeks to recognize graduating high school dependents of HP employees who possess those qualities which suggest financial need, potential for academic success in college and a well-rounded lifestyle. Awards are $2000 (non-renewable) and are intended to help defray first-year educational expenses such as tuition, books, fees, etc. Scholarships are funded by generous and voluntary contributions from HP employees during an annual fund drive and a contribution from the Hewlett-Packard U.S. Grants Board. U.S. divisions, operations (except Puerto Rico) and sales offices accept employee donations and applications. The HPCESO is a non-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors. The directors set standards for eligibility and evaluation, and approve recipients.
Programs: Our sole program is to select eligible candidates for the HP Company Scholarships.
