Mission: In a country where resources are limited, it is our personal goal to contribute and strengthen the educational system, providing children with textbooks, reading materials, school supplies, computer access, and libraries. Help African Libraries (HALIBS) is a non-profit and non governmental organization aiming to improve the educational system in different African countries, by providing an array of resources in public schools and libraries. The mission of our organization is to create an environment conducive to learning in Africa, targeting children in elementary, primary, and secondary schools with educational books, supplies and self-standing libraries
