Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Human Services
Mission: Heartland resource council was formed with the intentions of helping those with disabilities to live a full, productive, independent life. This is currently accomplished through partnering with the division of health and senior services to provide consumer directed services.
Programs: Twenty-three clients received consumer directed services.
