Their ultrasound training was comprehensive and very helpful to me, as a nurse, as I started doing limited ultrasounds at our center. Their conferences are outstanding. It's wonderful to get together with Christians all over the world to learn and grow as we seek to love and serve men, women and children. The speakers are highly qualified and experienced in their areas of expertise. Heartbeat's training materials have been excellent to use to train our new volunteers. The LOVE approach to serving a client has been very helpful. The staff responds to emails and phone calls in a timely manner and have been very helpful as we seek to expand our services into abortion pill recovery.

In addition, I serve as the President of the New York State Coalition for Life. In that role, I have had many interactions, phone calls, meetings, etc. with various HBI staff. My experience with Heartbeat goes back just a few years, but our connection has proved invaluable. Heartbbeat is teaching us to reach out and compassionately care and support these women. by meeting their needs (taking on the role of husband, protector & provider) and being family to them and to their children.

Heartbeat International is an AMAZING resource for pregnancy care centers and clinics! I have been blessed to take part in their Limited Obstetric Ultrasound training online and in person. This education has been invaluable to me and the center that I work at.

This organization helps so many women and children. I was a volunteer at a start-up pregnancy medical clinic and Heartbeat International really supported our mission and our clients. From the Option Line and abortion pill reversal, we were able to provide life saving services to women and children beginning with the first medical appointment which included an ultrasound. Many of the women were without health insurance and had no other option for a medical appointment except Planned Parenthood. So many organizations we have sponsored in the past have been a disappointment because I felt to much effort was misplaced. Excessive and glossy mailings or worse phone solicitations by someone reading off a script. With Heartbeat the mailings are encouraging and on occasion we have had a phone call. Led by very capable, zealous people, Heartbeat is making a big difference in the world of pregnancy help. Its management is thoughtful and professional; its use of funds is careful yet enterprising, and its staff are dedicated to the cause.

The political fight over abortion obscures the reality that most women don't want abortions, and that pregnancy help is the outstanding reason that ratios of abortions to births have been in steady decline since the mid-1980s, so that they are now below the level of 1973, the year of Roe v. Wade. Heartbeat has played a major role in this triumph of life over death, and will continue to do so, after Roe is overturned and states go their own ways.

Heartbeat International is such a huge blessing. I was able to tell my friend about them when she was facing homelessness and living in a park. Her one year son was going to be taken from her. She called Heartbeat International and they relocated and son to a safe place. She was able to continue getting tested for the Nurse's board to become a CNA. Now, she is a CNA plus has two jobs, a car, her own home, and her son has been thriving with his mother. Heartbeat saved her life and family. We will forever be grateful for it.
I was also happy to be able to give Heartbeat's Option Line to a sixteen year old girl riding a bus that was just kicked out her house because her parents found out she was pregnant. She was about to be convinced by a predator to stay with him at a hotel. She decided to go to her cousin's house and kept the number with her. Heartbeat is saving lives in so many ways!

Updates are brief and to the point from all 3 organizations. I can call on them for professional advise as well as personal concerns at any time including matters of confidentiality. However, I am constantly amazed at the personal connection my staff and I have with Heartbeat. We have become part of the Abortion Pill Rescue (APR) Network and the medical staff has helped us in every way imaginable. They have been there to answer any question with a quick phone call and allowed us to join in this rewarding ministry of giving moms a second chance to choose life for their babies.

i desired to be a volunteer at a pregnancy center, but didn't have any knowledge or training. I was made aware of a workshop available in Dallas. I contacted Heartbeat International and they worked out all the details so I could attend even at such a late date. I was overwhelmed by all the sessions and help I received at the conference. After coming home and reviewing it all I began work in the local center and fell in love with the women I met. It was extremely rewarding to make good relationships with these women, learning their stories and giving them as much help as was available to them through the center. Since our center needed help on the Board I was asked to become a Board member. I did and now am the Chairman. Heartbeat International came through again by offering Board training in on-line classes accompanied by an excellent written manual and our Board is working through the material to improve our skills and improve the efficient and effective work done at the center. We are grateful for the opportunities we have to help those in our community for the Glory of the Lord.

Heartbeat International has been phenomenal support for opening our pregnancy help center. I recently attended the New Directors tract at pregnancy help institute and it was extremely well organized. Unfortunately it had to be done virtually, but it was not at all boring like many that I have been to and it was very interactive which kept us all engaged for the entire time. They are an over-the-top awesome organization to be affiliated with.
