Heartbeat International exists to connect pregnant girls and women in crisis through connecting them with caring pregnancy resource centers. They do this by providing an Option-line website that is staffed by crisis intervention counselors. Girls & women can easily access the site, which includes a chat feature. And they avoid alienating women by removing their branding as a nonprofit from the website. I have referred many people to this site and plan to keep doing so!

Back in 1959, I wish my 16-year-old mom had something like this around when she was carrying me! Her pregnancy was awful; our lives would have been better for it. But we made it. I have been interested in volunteering for this nonprofit online.

As a person with a passion and vision to see moms get help and not just see babies be saved, this charity does great work and I have the story of their 40 years in ministry, called FOOT SOLDIERS ARMED WITH LOVE.
