Mission: HRHR promotes responsible horse ownership through community outreach, education and assistance. HRHR provides monthly clinics, seminars and idividual assistance to horse owners, horses and the community at large. HRHR's program allows all members, regardless of income, access to valuable information with the intention of preventing problems resulting from lack of skill and/ or appropriate knowledge.
