Mission: The healthy start coalition of miami-dade is authorized under the authority of the state of florida's department of health to implement the provisions of florida's healthy start legislation within miami-dade county.
Programs: Coordination of the healthy start program that offers universal prenatal and infant risk screening, care coordination, wrap around services and increased access to comprehensive maternity and well-child care.
