Mission: To support the fauquier hospital by assisting the hospital in furnishing nursing home health care and other services requested by the hospital and to provide a continuum of care for the community.
Programs: The 113 bed nursing home admitted 487 skilled and long term patients and provided 38,044 patient days in fy 2012.
the villa at suffield meadows opened in september 2010. For the fiscal year ended september 30, 2012, the villa provided 23,161 assisted living resident days, 4,081 of which were for residents with dementia.
