Mission: Handi-Skills offers vocational services to disabled and/or disadvantaged clients who face a variety of barriers to employment, including autism, mental retardation, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, substance abuse histories, and other developmental, physical and emotional disabilities. Handi-Skills has been continuously certified by the National Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities since 1982, is licensed by several divisions of the NC Department of Human Resources, and is a member of the NC Association of Community Rehabilitation Facilities, and the local United Way, Chamber of Commerce, Leave A Legacy Collaboration, and Drug Free Workplace Coalition.
