Mission: To assist hagerstown community college in it's mission of being a comprehensive open door educational institution by providing a means for individuals and businesses to invest in the future of our citizens.
Programs: During fy17, the foundation provided scholarships to 468 eligible individuals attending hagerstown community college. The foundation also proivded support for the needs of the college.
