in june 2017, our organization received a neighborhood revitalization grant from lowe's of which 200,000 were "pass-thru" funds designated for other 501(c)(3) organizations which in tandem with our organization, as per the grant application qualifications, will be completing specific projects which align with the mission of the respective organizations. Our organization is serving as the fiscal agent for the "pass-thru" funds and is legally responsible for accounting to lowe's foundation for 100% of the grant funds as well as overseeing all projects and ensuring that both the use of the funds and the completed projects are in compliance with the grant specifications. Due to the timing of the receipt of this grant, there is nothing to report on this return as to the amounts disbursed to the other participating entities.
