H Dale Tobler Rotary Charities "Happy Feet" program works with elementary schools in North Las Vegas in providing new shoes and socks for kids. School personnel contact us with needs that their teachers see in their classroom and we provide the new shoes. The organization also provides mini grants to school teachers to help them obtain supplies and items to help them teach. Grants have been awarded for musical instruments, reading materials and programs and any other different items that teachers can obtain to assist in their teaching. The Organization also contributes to Santa Clothes were children are taken shopping to get needed clothing.
