Mission: We aim to foster, support, and guide the next generation of creative and healthy social entrepreneurs, through an innovative program that seeks to make a positive impact on individuals and communities in need. We strive to instill in our students a sense of integrity, social responsibility, and respect for themselves and others while saving for their college education.
Programs: The gumball foundation seeks to foster the next generation of social entrepreneurs by equipping them with the tools and equipment to start a venture. Early on, we teach students to become stakeholders in their future by selling products through vending machines, instead of drugs. Through incentives and good academic grades, students exchange their academic grades for an opportunity of having a space to put his/her vending machines and earn money for college. The students engage in their communities with a strong mission of self-improvement, allowing them to gain pride in their blighted communities while walking their streets in a positive way and engaging with local and corporate business individuals.
