Mission: Ignatius Press began publishing Catholic books in 1978, beginning with translations of European authors such as Hans Urs von Balthsar, Joseph Ratzinger, Henri de Lubac, Louis Bouyer, Adrienne von Speyr. It has continued to grow, with more than 700 titles in print and 40 new titles per year. The mission is to serve Christ through his Church, faithful to Catholic teaching and tradition. We now produce and distribute audio and videocassettes, and CDs. We are a partner with Bethlehem Books, a Catholic publisher of children's books. We are founding members of Catholic Radio Network (Catholic Family Radio) and Radio Guadalupe (Spanish Catholic Radio).
