Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: The gravure association of the americas, inc. Is established to provide a forum to facilitate collaborative partnerships among all gravure professionals. Its mission is to create value and opportunity through interactive communication, training, education and promotion of the rotogravure printing process.
Programs: Two semi-annual conferences for members to discuss and share technological and managerial ideas, receive training, and updates on technological advances.
gaa developed a book called, "the gst blue book - gravure specifications intolerances. " this book discusses industry standards. Also, a book entitled "gravure process & technology" was developed. All textbooks are available to the general public. Gaa also provides basic and advanced gravure courses and operator certification programs.
a newsletter which is sent to all members. The newsletter includes updates of industry and association information, events, and contracts.
