Causes: Human Services
Mission: Our mission to reduce caregiver burnout to those parents who are selflessly caring for their children with special needs, chronic disabilities and needing ongoing care by sending as many of them on a rejuvenating getaway to refresh , recharge and reconnect.
Results: Since 2018, we have hand selected and granted 15 Dreams to deserving parents in the Denver, Colorado metro area.
Target demographics: Caregiver parents taking care of special needs and chronically ill children under the age of 18.
Direct beneficiaries per year: To date, we have directly helped 15 families with a goal for 12+ in 2022.
Geographic areas served: Broomfield and Boulder Counties, Colorado
Programs: We custom tailor caregiver getaways. We give them a break. Through an extensive selection and interview process we discover and plan their "Dream" trip to ensure that they unwind, enjoy and feel taken care of.
