Mission: Organized to receive and administer funds raised for the purpose of supporting the county owned and operated grand traverse pavilion/grand traverse medical care facility.
Programs: Cottage residents activity needs which include various program related expenses to support the well being of the cottage residents.
pace programs coordinate and provide all needed preventive, primary, and long term care services so that older individuals can continue living in the community. Pace is an innovative model that enables individuals who are 55 years old or older and certified by their state to need nursing home care to live as independently as possible.
grand traverse pavilions employees educational expenses and other assitance to the elderly residents of the facility such as special projects, adult day care, benevolent, and other assistance.
