Programs: 1. To hold title to and manage real and personal property of the corporation for the benefit of the lodge. 2. To provide a building or buildings for fraternal and social purposes of the lodge. 3. To provide a suitable place for the lodge and its individual masonic members to practice, foster, and promote the principles of freemasonry and the social, moral and spiritual benefits of masonic influence. 4. To distribute to the lodge all net income in excess of cash reserves necessary to pay annual expense of operation, maintenance, repairs, taxes, insurance, and other current expenses.
